am in charge in pre-opening phase for all F&B departments including, design, equipment’s, utensils, Machines and furniture’s.
• I am involved in finalizing the agreement with the suppliers.
• Recruiting the right candidates for various positions.
• Create and develop a training plan for whole department.
• Responsible for managing all aspects of the Food & Beverage Departments both in the operational.
• Maximize the profitability of the F&B operations through the implementation of effective cost controls and supplier negotiation. Maintain consistent standards of service
