1- Expert with Technical, Financial & legal advices for construction project management.
2- Monitoring & Controlling all Project Phases (initiating, Planning, Executing & Closing)
3- Dealing with all kind of projects
• Major Multi purpose projects (including public buildings + neighborhood centers infra-structure) .
• High rising buildings (commercial and residential) .
4- Manage all Project Knowledge of areas (Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Project H.R, Communication, Risk & Procurements)
5- Controlling all Project Documentations & corresponding with project stakeholders
6- Dealing with all site Tasks (R.C works / Finishing) & Coordination between all construction activities (Civil/Mech./Elec…etc.)
7- Claim guarding for any out of scope changes or not contractual orders during the project progress, preparing Submitting and following up claims .
