• Managed training needs assessment resulting in the generation of training annual plan and budget.
• Delivered training courses on: Introduction to Banking, time management, change management, problem solving, and performance management.
• Measured training quality level to ensure consistency and worth.
• Participated in accrediting the Bank’s management development courses from ILM-UK and following their standardization.
• Project member representing HR in “Credit Card Security” Project. Ensured deliverables were on time and budget.
• Developed and executed an e-learning modules for AML, that was attended by 90% of bank staff and had a success rate of 100%.
• Recruited fresh Kuwaiti graduates who joined “Kuwaiti Graduate Program” that conducted by Institute of Banking Studies also, who joined the bank’s MAP program.
• Organised and participated in different job fairs, to promote bank’s available jobs to applicants.
• Contributed in arranging for a graduation ceremony for +250 staff that was attended by bank CEO, top management and government officials.

• Developed training procedure manual and policies and reviewed them periodically.
