Job Description Pre-Sale Project Planning tasks include:
• Preparation of proposal documents; Provide input into proposal preparation, statements of work and specifications.
• Resource planning; frequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts.
• Budgeting; Provide input into estimations of costs.
• Implementation planning; Defines and develops projects scope, objectives, detailed plans, budgets and metrics for large projects and/or portions of complex projects.
• 3rd Party selection and quotation analysis
• Support of business case preparation. Prepare project contracts and participate in contract negotiations

Post-Sale Project Planning tasks include :
• Leads large projects or portions of very complex programs; manage all implementation aspects of the projects from contract signature through to final acceptance by customers (typically for $1M - $40M projects).
• Maintenance of project correspondence, progress reports and documentation control.
• Project Execution; Prepare and manage the project implementation schedule to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved. Day to day management of project logistics, activities and resources. Conducts needs assessments and requirements gathering. Develops forecasts and proposes responses to variances and trends with the project. Monitor project execution to ensure all obligations are met.
• System integration management; Networks with senior, internal and external, personnel in own area of expertise.
• Project budget/financial management; Responsible for adherence to plans and budgets of large projects.
• Change order and Risk management; Identifies and mitigates risks, develops and implements risk mitigation plans and recommends corrective actions and implement changes when required. May pursue contract variations, when appropriate.
• Project quality management; Identifies and manages projects’ enhancements and process improvements. Conducts project reviews through the life cycle of the project.
• Stakeholders Management; Responsible for direct communication and interface with customers / inter-organizational teams / stakeholders. Directs and coordinates the work activities of project team within the region. Procures internal and external resources and allocates project staff with required competencies to meet project objectives. Leads moderately-complex communications and/or negotiations with internal or external clients. Management of Motorola subcontractors.
• Managing Problems; Provides resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Determines and develops approach to solutions.
• Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met.
• Receives little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments.
• Contributes to the development of organization’s goals and objectives. Represents the organization on projects and may perform in project leadership role.

• Supervise and plan the cycle from receiving the purchase order from the customers through the account managers until the customer accepts the received service on high standards.

• Supervise the closing procedure after the customer acceptance of the project to hand over all case documents to customer account manager and operations team to follow up on the customer full satisfaction.
• Support and plan managing of large projects within agreed time-scales and budgets, while ensuring and recommending appropriate solutions and high standard quality of customer installations.
