Supervise the Camp assistants by ensuring the following:-

- Supervise camp administration planning & implementation of camp accommodation, catering, and hospitality facilities activities.
- Ensure the hostel facilities, assets, fixtures, and fittings are safeguarded & remain to the highest possible standard and manages maintenance activities effectively.
- Ensure the effective and efficient running of the Camp and that all systems, facilities, and procedures are in place to comply with legislation and as per company policies and procedures, including health & safety requirements and maintenance.
- Conduct hygiene audits in the camp and kitchen area including use by date and storage methodologies to ensure camp health and sanitation standards are maintained.
- Set work priorities and respond to changing external priorities that impact on daily planned activities.
- Inspects all camp facilities and reports to relevant personnel.
- Supervise camp orientation for new staff and undertakes inductions.
- Supervise and manage on-site setting up of camp equipment and resources, provide details camp running and logistical information for staff.
- To ensure that all camp staffs are fully conversant with accommodation policy & procedure.
- To competently ensure all communication about NMDC hostel services, and limitations communicated to end-users in a professional and effective manner to safeguard both NMDC and employees' interests.
- Coordinate emergency response activities and situations with the Camp Management to ensure that emergencies are controlled to NMDC standards.
- Maintain and coordinate the implementation of daily, weekly, and monthly camp tasks reports, including occupancy rate, and catering status.
- Take all reasonable steps to ensure the health and safety of NMDC staff and visitors, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures

3- Assign duties to labor camp workers based on schedules, needs, and staff skills. Coordinate the overall activities of the camp.
4- Scheduling and supervising the housekeeping and maintenance of labor camp facilities and equipment.
5- Record personnel, attendance, and operation data. Prepare performance reports and communicate them to management
6- Maintain and submit accurate, required paperwork and reports which include meal &
attendance, maintenance for the equipment, supplies (water, diesel, sewage removal..etc, as daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and other reports as per the requirements.
7- Directs workers in preparing and maintaining rig/camp living facilities, meal catering (menu planning and preparation), and associated activities.
8- Maintaining a balanced inventory of groceries and supplies and coordinating the delivery of food and supplies on a regularly scheduled basis.
9- Inspecting Mess Hall, living rooms, and storage areas, on a daily basis.
10- Supervising staff to ensure proper hygiene standards are followed at all times while performing duties safely and efficiently.
11- Assisting in the RIG MOVE as per the requirements ( site visit, layout.... etc
