Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and Supervises the electrical construction and maintenance job of LV/MV system such as Lighting System, Lighting Control System, Power Outlet System, Distribution Boards like MDB’s, DB’s, Generators and Compressors, auxiliary such as Soft Starters, Contactors, Transformers and Switchgears & its Equipment’s like Circuit Breakers, Isolators, CT, PT etc. and for Low Current System such as Fire Alarm, FM200 system, Sensors related to Tap Soap and leakage sensors, Fire and Smoke System and Access Control system
Provides assistance in trouble shooting, issues reports on major failures and recommends suitable actions to minimize or eliminate recurrence of the problems and also ensures that maintenance practices are carried out in accordance with accepted standard and industrial norms.
Oversees in trouble-shooting complex electrical problems and failures by working closely with my team whenever required. Assists in trouble shooting of problems of unknown cause.
Issues reports on major problems and failures, suggests suitable corrective actions to minimize or prevent recurrence of the problem.
Monitors electrical maintenance jobs during shutdowns/break downs to ensure quality and accuracy. Checks the calibration of protective relays and other regular tests performed on electrical equipment during shutdown.
Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.
Provides work direction to electrical technicians.
Carries out stage and final inspection of repair jobs done by contractors either on site or in their facilities outside, evaluate their procedures and competency and witnesses the necessary tests before acceptance.
Formulates preventive maintenance schedule with associated procedures and checklists, periodically reviews the programs to evaluate its efficiency and suitably makes changes to the schedule and procedures, if necessary, based on feedback and field experience.
Reports to the Operations Manager on a daily basis.
Plans and prepares periodical preventative maintenance schedule at the beginning of each year and carries out duties mentioned therein in coordination
Develops sectional craft quality manuals, training manuals, preventive maintenance manuals and other quality standard documentation.
Assists Purchase Department in specification of items for purchase, spare parts details and other day-to-day jobs, as and when required.
Organizes daily routine checking and maintenance works.
Assists with specifications of new equipment, where appropriate.
Maintains stock of spare parts and electrical consumables.
Raises purchase request for different non-stock items as and when required by giving correct technical specifications for the parts or items required and liaisons with purchase in finalizing order with vendors.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle and supervise the execution of project to ensure its compliance with approved shop drawings and Materials, design and technical Specification and contract Provision.
Review and execute shop drawings for Electrical installation of LV system :- Normal, Emergency & central battery lighting system, Small Power System, Integrated buss way system, Lighting protection system, installation of cable tray’s, solar power system, cable trunking, cable tagging, power cables, MDB, DB and lighting panels and termination.
To Handle and supervise the installation of LC system: - Fire Alarm system, Building Management System, Public Address and music system, Video Intercom system, Security CCTV and Access control system and telecommunication system.
Supervision of Installation and fixing of Conduits (EMT, PVC & Rigid), cable Trunking, cable pulling and ensuring the method are as per the related codes, specification and international standards.
Involving on-site Co-ordination for MEP Services for the installation activities works Related to the above system.
Execute project as per plans set by immediate management and accomplish the targets within the deadline and budget.
Preparation of load schedule and work out quantities before execution.
Installation and fixing of cable Trunking, cable trays, switches, cable pulling and ensuring the method is as per the related codes, specification and international standards.
Preparation of cable pulling schedule and supervise cable pulling works, tagging and terminations.
Installation of LV panels, lighting control panel, MCC panels, UPS panels, Capacitor Banks panels, Invertors panels and Distribution Boards (DB) & termination.
Conduct necessary testing of cable, Wires and ensure the desired results are attained.
Installation of Building management system, Conduitng, & wiring, Control box of fan coil unit, thermostat and carbon dioxide sensors.
Completed Bachelors of Engineering(B.E) in Electrical and Electronic with Electrical as Major from OSMANIA UNIVERSITY one of the most reputed University in INDIA.
