Job Responsibilities:
• Review customer requirements and existing design configuration to recommend targeted solutions that included all relevant technical documentation for the Pre-Sale (Request for Information, Proposal and Quote).
• To review and generate Bill of Quantity against system drawings to ensure alignment and to identify materials types & quantities and prepare equipment lists and rough drawings for cost estimation.
• To prepare specification documents to submit to vendors for quotations of cost/price of materials & equipment and evaluate same against tender specifications to include in final tender documentation
• Discuss with customers during implementation and design of the new complex services, understanding complicated problems resulted in successful issue resolution.
• Participate in various trade functions, conferences, workshops, seminars, etc. to meet and nurture prospects, customers, and partners.
• Communicate sales trends, competitive activity and recommendations for activities that will help promote sales and profits in accordance with goals.
• Comprehensive knowledge of standard estimation methodologies and practices.

• Provide technical as well as non-technical support services to clients or other staff members regarding the
use, operation, and also maintenance of equipment.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop and execute marketing and sales programs
that will drive demand in key markets.
• Participate in various trade functions, conferences, workshops, seminars, etc. to meet and nurture
prospects, customers, and partners.
• Handle the tasks of reviewing design and execution of software plan proposed by third parties
• Communicate sales trends, competitive activity and recommendations for activities that will help promote
sales and profits in accordance with goals.

Review and consolidate the entire punch list items identified during the Walkthroughs/Inspections to
ensure the correct categorization as outlined by Project specification prior to input in the ICAPS.
• Interface with Client in cases of disagreed/discussed punch items.
• Notify newly added items to the concern punch killing team.
• Identify & Prioritize the Punches as per the Project schedule and ongoing commissioning activities.
• Follow up with Contractor/Sub-Contractor Punch killing teams to expedite for closure and solution of the
punch items.
• Expedite the review and signing off the completed punch items by the responsible authorities so as to
ensure the completion of the Systems and Subsystems in a timely manner.
• Closely monitor outstanding punches and Coordinate with Construction /Commissioning / Engineering
/Procurement Teams and sub-contractors for Punch Killing.
• Coordination with Quality/Commissioning Team for Punch Verification.
• Attend daily meeting with Construction Team to expedite the Reinstatements and Punch clearance.
• Attend Bi-Weekly meeting with Client to discuss the status, next week plan and ongoing issues.

• Low Current System Design and Integration(Building Automation, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, etc).
• To execute the project including Project estimation, installation of Instruments and Programming &
Commissioning of Direct Digital Controller.
• Designing control logic for DDC Panel on AutoCAD and its fabrication.
• Prepared preliminary project cost estimation to finalize the financial proposals
• Set Programming for Trend Controllers and its integration with third party system
• As a team leader managed design & supervision of different Projects from the beginning till end.
• Good understanding knowledge of any kind of Engineering Drawing of Visio and AutoCAD.
• Designing of BOQ, Quotation.
• Generate and submit weekly project status and progress reports to senior level management to support business directives.
