Business Analysis
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business growth.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports using PM tools.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Work closely with the Head of Biodiversity Unit to support the work of the unit management.
- Coordinate between Ministry of Environment and UNEP CBD unit to ensure the fulfilment of their commitments towards CBD/COP 14 and MOPs.
- Maintain regular communication with Head of Biodiversity Unit to report and follow up on the implementation work plan with quarters in Canada.
- Provide targeted support to others partner in the work plan.
-Writing weekly reports and meeting minutes.
-Help review and comment on documents including work plans, TORs, contracts, letters, reports and other project related outputs.
-Take the lead/ participate in the preparation and conduct of specific activities of technical nature such as training, seminars, workshops & surveys.
-Data analysis, biweekly evaluation and writing reports.
-Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures.
-Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output.
-Recommend further improvement of the logical frame work.
