International Recruitment Executive
• Placing adverts for live roles
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants (phone interview), analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements
• Run Social networking sites anywhere potential candidates may be
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
• Finalizing candidate summaries for selected candidates to give clients and idea of their background what they are looking for and the strengths they could bring to their business as per template
• Collate all information onto Database
• Presenting shortlist of best people and coordinating with the Account Manager
Post or advertise job openings,
Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
Hire or refer qualified candidates
Conduct new employee orientations
Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
Contact references and perform background checks
Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
Sending and receiving company forms for the company
Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications.
Process and review employment applications in order to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.
Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information.
Administrative roles such as: assist in resolving any administrative problems, prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
Assisting with all aspects of HR/administrative management
Receive and relay telephone and fax messages appropriately
Answer, assist and respond to customer’s/visitor’s inquiries via phone or front desk
Welcomes visitors, determine the nature of business and direct visitors to suitable employee
Inventory management of assets, supplies and stocks monitoring
File Management; Increase the confidentiality level of records and files being managed
Maintains filing systems and inventories
Assist in planning meeting and provides administrative support
Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
Sending out and receiving mail and packages
Preparing meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support materials
Sending and receiving company forms for the company
Support in All Day-to-day operation matters
Attend to visitors and walk in applicants, giving out exams
