I work as a freelancer at my own account.
I set up my own business, a food marketing company.
Through this experience I learned a great deal about business management and sales management.
I developed time management skills, persuasion and negociation skills.
I learned how to work under pressure.
I acquired some experiences in the following areas:

- Purchases management.
I increased sales by 15% annually during the first years.
I was promoted head of central department at the regional leadership of the Popular Loan Algeria.
Grace to the experience gained in the editing, creation, monitoring and expansion of companies I decided to change the course of my career and create my own business.
- Represent at local and regional level the Popular Loan Algeria,
- Ensure the implementation of the bank's brand image,
- Ensure the promotion and sales of products and services of the bank,
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and achievement of assigned targets (resources, training, employment, etc...),
- Guide and monitor the agency's control activity,
- Submit to the hierarchy any proposal likely to develop goodwill of the agency and enhance the quality of services and benefits,
- Chairing credit committees and discount member and offer them,
- Decide within the limits of the powers of bank loans to establish ans ensure the good quality of the agency's credit portfolio and repayments,
- The mangement of human and material resources assigned to the agency
I was appointed acting director to replace the retired director.
During this experience I successfully managed eighteen people.
I have achieved the goals in the matter of recourses, employment and training fixed by the General Directorate.
I acquired the following skills:

I was promoted to assistant director and transferred to another agency. I am easily integrated in my new position and familiarized with new staff.

- Ensure compliance with the procedures of processing all banking and administrative operations branches.
