-Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed;
-Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines;
-Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.);

+ Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) from 82% to 87%
+ Improve the production line Utilization from 70% to 80%
+ Improve the production line Efficiency from 80% to 88%
+ Reduction of wastage from 5% to 3.5%.
+ Creating new procedures to accelerate Loading (speed and volume).
+ Improve On Time Delivery from 60% to 90%.
-Managing national project of Energy Saving - installation more than 6000 energy regulators.
-Installation a fire detection system in Tunisian Refinery.
