- Reporting to the CHRO & Leading the Talent Acquisition team for KSA & UAE Local, Overseas & Outsource hiring.
- Leading the training programs for Students & Fresh grades etc...
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, HR partner(s), and TA Sr. Specialist & Specialist in order to foster partnerships that yield consistent on-going communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes in order to build TA function credibility. This includes the ability to communicate general, fact-based trends around the external market, internal organizational needs, and profiling proficiency.
• Responsible of all Central region recruitment, Also the spoken person of T.A Team, following up and team leader of Commercial recruitment in all regions.
• Responsible of Overseas Recruitment for all KSA locations.
• Execute the full life cycle recruitment process for each requisition including:
o Ensure timely and effective communications between candidate(s) and hiring team.
o Screen, assess, and evaluate internal and external candidates who have applied via online job postings and present qualified candidate slate to Hiring team. Candidate slate representation should meet Diversity & Talent Mix requirements established by the hiring team.
o Present final offer to candidate. Manage offer negotiations if necessary with oversight from manager.
Supported new Saudi students in the UK to quickly settle down to studies. Provided counselling, help with registration procedures, study skills, accommodation and safe habits.
My postgraduate study modules included integrated marketing communication, international marketing strategy, managing originations in global context, relationship marketing and strategic management practice. • Investigated the Possible Challenges and Risk Associated with Outsourcing Strategies using Saudi Arabia as a case study.
