My job was to supervise all operation activity in my area. Loading, unloading oil products to ships.
Observe and review all new projects.
Issuing and closing work orders needed to repair any defected equipment.
Conduct preloading meeting with ship’s captain to review loading procedure and singe loading documents.
Review safety talk, safety walk through and QSI.
Investigate and solve all ship shore difference take a place after loading.
Make sure housekeeping implemented probably.
Make sure all PM checklists done on time
My job was to coordinate and execute all maintenance work.
Communicate and coordinate with all involve area before establish any maintenance work, like other areas supervisor, firefighting control room, lose prevention department etc.….
