* Interviewing, selecting and training new hire staff
* Preparing and checking the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports
*Keeping and maintaining the optimum atmosphere to all customers

* Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform appearance and posture of staff
* Making market survey and researches
* Applying the mystery customers to stores
* Dealing with different governmental authorities related to food industry
* Setting and arranging marketing campaigns
* Controlling the financial issues with financial department
* Dealing with suppliers and maintaining good relation with them
* Attending all credit meetings
* setting future plans and strategies
* follow up the plans and strategies and study its affect
