• Day to day follow up regarding the sales, products consumption& accounts figures
• Promoting and presenting the products (studies, education, technical & medical instructions)
• Training the final users of the products, when needed (medical staff, nurses, technicians…)
• Planning weekly schedules - preparing market and sales reports for Management-Attending seminars, exhibitions for more exposure
• Customers support - monitoring homecare for some products and some treatments to their patients
• Weekly Double visits with our sub-dealer employee (Medicare co.) helped her to improve her skills and her performance, solving client's technical and logistic problems.

Participate in the exploration of business development opportunities
Develop, in the coordination of the Finance Department, the annual operating budget to best support ongoing operations and business development opportunities of the Division/Department

- Responsible for all logistics issues to derma at Lebanon, sending monthly sales reports and all other related issues.
- Arrange appointments with dermatologists and some plastic surgeons all over Lebanon
- Creating and executing a territory business plan focused on generating sales.

- Building a long-term relationship based on business and offering flexible solutions to clients.
