My background includes serving as a Team Leader in American Express Company. My responsibilities included Team Handling, coaching, guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to a group of other individuals (the team) for the purpose of achieving a key result or group of aligned results. At the same time I handled U.S customers Credit Card concerns, issuing refunds/ credits, handling & providing instant resolution for escalated queries.
I worked in within two high-volume customer-support call centers for a major telecommunications carrier and a television services provider AT&T UVerse (USA). In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as billing disputes, service interruptions, Credit Card queries). I consistently met my call/chat-volume goals, handling an average of 100 to 200 calls per day.
I worked in HCL BPO as a Customer service representative/telecaller for 2 years, where I served UK Customers regarding the British Telecom Landline service/inquiries through inbound phone service.
