 Checking the situation of the store in & out.
 Checking all front-end area concerns.
 Checking the cleanness, merchandise, quality of supermarket, home center and perishable.
 Maintaining the store and the staff standard.
 Checking the freshness of all dept.
 Checking the daily sales comparing with last year.
 Insure doing the book to shelf.
 Increase the customers count & average spent.
 Reduce & control the store shrinkage.
 Spot check with staff when receiving the w/ house items.
 Spot check with the receiver to insure receiving regarding the company policy.
 Insure entering the shrinkage in the e stock adjustment.
 Insure entering what we received from w/hose short under the short ship slip.
 Insure confirming transferring, stock adjustment, w/house return, DSD invoices.
 Spot check for cash office reports, cashiers performance.
 Insure we reach our scanning target 99%.
 Insure 100% quality freshness & customer service.
 Checking the staff hygiene, name badge.
 Following maintenance problems.
 Checking the weekly w/house delivery short & over.
 Doing the store check list.
 Reaching area manager check list target.
 Reaching the IMCL. Target.
 Reaching the Mystery shopper check list target.
 Insure implementing fish principles & high levels of customer’s service.
