our first resident on June 01, 2014 and our occupancy to date is 75% and by the end of the year we are expecting around 95% occupancy mostly westerners.

The secret behind my operational success is keeping the residents particularly the ladies and the children on the compound busy with lot of sports and recreational activities such as family fun days, ladies coffee mornings, bazaars etc. Maintenance
