 Calling all local write off cases & offered them solutions to the settlement and also communication with the legal department to know the latest updates in civil case

Take a swift & proper action against defaulted customers by prepares police cases proposals then prepare Civil Suit& Travel Ban proposals to high management for approval.

I am working also extra job as a senior legal officer since I have power of attorney from my management to visit police stations to file police action against delinquent customers in the police stations in SHJ & Dubai.

Keep touch with Legal Department to follow up the last update about civil suit cases& Travel bans proposals.

Carryout delinquency in RBG portfolio pertaining to salary Loan products or/and Visa Cards in Line with set objectives. Also provide periodic feedback and recommendation on portfolio performance, product features and market developments with a view to curtail potential risk.

Establish Good relationship with key employers to facilitate recovery process.

Follow up with default customers for early regularization, attend to customer enquiries.

Recommend course of actions including lodging civil / criminal cases where default continues.

Making a block against defaulted customer ‘s accounts & black listing their names in Central bank system.

Carryout recovery functionalities from start -to-end i.e., identification of risk, customer contact, negotiating, proposal for settlement /regularization/rescheduling and effective solutions to all accounts under a given portfolio.
