KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Operations Management
⇨ Administering overall operations carrying out installation & maintenance of mechanical systems which includes levelling of machine, hydraulic connection and electrical connection.
⇨ Managing equipments, modifications, major repairs to improve equipment efficiency.
⇨ Allocating work depending upon the capacity of machines and in line with the work status.
⇨ Keeping track of shortages as per the plan and arranging shortages related to periodic schedule.
Maintenance
⇨ Diagnosing the faults, rectification, scheduling & planning predictive, preventive and breakdown maintenance with key focus on spares availability.
⇨ Scheduling and planning predictive, preventive maintenance and performing root cause analysis taking into consideration budgeting and cost control activities.
⇨ Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdown, taking steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
⇨ Monitoring schedules to start and implement maintenance systems and achieve target.
Testing
⇨ Checking of mechanical hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic equipments.
⇨ Checking the parameters of machine like pressure, speed, temperature, etc.
⇨ Checking each and every function of the machine and then handling the machine to customer.
Troubleshooting
⇨ Hydraulic system like directional, relief, shuttle valve, hydraulic pumps, motor and cylinders.
⇨ Pneumatic system like cylinder, valves air regulating units.
⇨ Electrical parts like relays, rectifiers, coils, input-output cards, AD converters, DA programmable cards, power supply, temperature controller, gauge, vacuum motor, etc.
Compliance Management
⇨ Monitoring the status, procedures and systems followed to ensure compliance norms with desired quality.
⇨ Taking stringent quality measures including preparation of necessary documents to ensure compliance with standards.
Team Management
⇨ Directing and leading the team size of 8 towards attaining the set target.
