Personal Banker Specialist
o Using a daybook to register accounting deals (sales, purchases &taxes)
o Using a ledger to register customers` accounts and suppliers` accounts
o Using computer program in accounting (Excel sheet) & ADVAC EASY -direct accounting system- (access) to register sales, purchases, customers' accounts, suppliers' accounts and balance of stock
o In-charge of accounts payable department
o Preparing monthly journal reports on company expenses
o Authorizing the release of cash to clients
o Preparing monthly billing reports for presentation during board meetings.
o In-charge of cash disbursement and filing of cash payable data
o Using computer program in accounting (Excel sheet) to register sales, purchases, customers' accounts, suppliers' accounts and balance of stock. I was the one of accountants who designed this program
o Calculate salaries' accounts for week and month
o Done continuous stocktaking to supervise balance of stock
o Done continuous stocktaking on treasury to compare between actual balance and current balance
o Calculate working hours for workers
o Calculate finally output for every worker
o Checking salaries accounts
