 Replaced large AHUs, FCUs, and Chilled water pipelines in operational buildings with large occupancies. This includes load calculation, tender floating, selection of supplier, installation, testing and commissioning.
 As an energy saving initiative connected A/C and lighting system to guestroom entry key cards. This system installed in 148 guestrooms.

Electrical:
 Installation and commissioning of 1MW diesel generators set, from paper work to installation, testing and commissioning, including an ATS system, foundation, covering structure.
 Installation of HT and LT electric switchgears and Transformers.
 Complete renovation of Electrical systems of 9 floors.

Fire Alarm and Suppression Systems:

 Installed and commissioned complete security system, Under Vehicle Inspection System (UVIS), pneumatic and hydraulic road blockers; (G4S) CCTV system with 164 nos. cameras, DVRs and LCD monitors.
 Installation and commissioning of Access Control System. Including access control on entry and exit according to authorization level of team members with recording of entries and exits.

Civil:
 Installation of two new elevators at Karachi Marriott Hotel.
 Installation Marquee for 2000 persons with all lighting and air-conditioning system (AHUs), within a record time in Karachi Marriott Hotel.
 Complete refurbishment and up gradation of 6nos. floor, 168 nos. guestrooms and bathrooms done at Karachi Marriott Hotel.
