• Coordinating and modeling with CFO the annual budget process till BOD approvals.
• Implement and maintain accounting procedures and internal control systems.
• Provide managerial accounting and MIS reports for decision-making purposes
• Provide financial Statements (Balance Sheet - Profit & Loss) compared with budget, variance analysis, and monthly cash flow forecasting model "Annual Net Income around (25:30 M.) SAR".
• Coordinate activities of external auditors until the final draft.
• Liaison with Banks, Auditors, and Tax.
• Oracle E-Business Suite ERP system implementation, with successful data immigration.
• Collaborate and work with CFO or Investment Manager or Individually on specified Accounting & Finance and Taxation TASKS within the Group.
• Oversee Subsidiaries Senior Accountants for All Accounting and Reporting Aspects
• Month-end closing procedures, including creating and providing detailed financial analysis on variances.
• Budgets process and monitoring.
• Quarterly/Annual Consolidation Financial Statements
• Weekly Reporting to (CFO) Banks (LG, Facilities, LC, and Refinancing) Data, Day-to-Day oversee Banks
• Liaison with External Auditor and Tax's Authority Requirement.

• Develop and implementation of internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure proper billing/collection.
