Physicochemical analysis of Raw material, Packaging material and Finished products.

Updating developments on technology and process fronts through training and programs conducted by V.Mane Fils Technology Centre in Nice, France.

Responsibilities As Q/A Manager:
As Q/A Manager, I am responsible to maintain all the quality standards, for Raw Materials/Packaging materials and Finished Goods produced.
Responsible for ISO Certification process for the company.
Responsible for developing and implementing various Analysis Procedures for all the products made.
Responsible for Water Treatment Plant.
Responsibilities As Development Manager:
As a Development Manager I am responsible for all new product development including Soaps, Shampoos, Dishwash Liquids, Hand Washes, and Glass Cleaners.
In my capacity as Development Manager, I not only develop various formulations for the products but also
develop the process for making the products on the lines.
During the process of Product Development, I also interact actively with various Perfume Houses and different Raw Material suppliers. So I have developed a good network of contacts around the world with various suppliers.
I also have the additional experience of Production Planning and Manpower handling, and working as a Production Incharge from April, 2006 to Jan, 2007.
QUALITY CONTROL AT UNILEVER ARABIA: (Feb 1998 To June 2005)
Unilever Arabia is a Multinational FMCG Company for HPC Products. Some of the well known Brands Are Lux, Dove, Lifebuoy, Signal 2, Close Up, Sunsilk, Organics, Comfort and OMO.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to maintain the quality of soap noodles as well as finished products.
• Responsible for the Development of various Personal Care products like Shampoos, Conditioners, Shower Gels, hand washes and Soaps.
• To stabilize all the product formulations at various temperature conditions.
• Responsible for the implementation of the manufacturing process on the production lines for the newly developed products.
• To do the trouble shooting on the manufacturing lines caused by the formulations or by the processing of various formulations on the lines.
• To maintain highest quality standards, ensure safe working practice and care for environment through total compliance with the guidelines set up in company Quality, Health & Safety, Environment, Customer Service and Consumer safety polities of Unilever Arabia
• I was actively involved in the implementation of ISO certification for the company, both of Quality and Safety.
Sitara Chemical industries Ltd Faisalabad. Pakistan as Lab Supervisor. During this period my duties were as under:
• Responsible for the raw material analysis like rock salt, limestone, barium carbonate, quick lime and soda ash etc.
• Responsible for the analysis of in process materials, brine soft water, cooling water, boiler water, sodium hypo chlorite.
• Responsible for the analysis of finished products, i.e. Caustic Soda, Hydrochloric Acid, Bleaching Powder, Sodium Hypo Chlorite and Ammonium Chlorite.
• To calibrate the shift Lab instruments for accuracy and precision.
• Responsible for supervision and guidance of the works under his control and to act as coordinator among other departments.
