My role is to deliver the $500 million Gippsland Line Upgrade Project, including track, facilities, civil, structures and signalling activities. This project is part of the $1.7 billion Regional Rail Revival Project.
Metro Trains Melbourne is operating the entire rail systems around the City of Melbourne Victoria, Australia; including successful delivery of long-term service supply agreements covering rolling stock supply, maintenance and refurbishment; rail infrastructure maintenance and renewals and the delivery of major capital works programs.
My role is to manage the delivery of $400 million structures assets maintenance and renewal programme of Melbourne suburban railway network.
Manage delivery of interface railway projects as part of $450 million Murray Basin Rail Project
Manage and deliver railways infrastructure and facility assets in accordance with asset management plan such as bridges, culverts, station buildings, embankment rehabilitation and track maintenance with total value of $50 million
Audited, monitored and managed maintenance and renewal of railway assets such as bridges, station buildings, platforms, services and conveying systems located in Melbourne Underground Rail Loop (MURL), within city of Melbourne and regional State of Victoria in Australia.
Managed the construction of Discovery Mall commercial building located in Kuwait city with total value of $24 million. Role involved preparation and monitoring of implementation of contract in adherence to the International Federation of Consulting Engineers standards (FIDIC), design management, risk management, cost and time control.
Managed and delivered waterproofing and concrete topping activities to several major projects in Kuwait city. Total value of $4 million. Role involved design management, quality control, risk management, implementation of HSE procedures, cost and time control.
Delivered many commercial, infrastructure and high rise buildings in Kuwait city such as Kuwait National Petroleum Company head quarter, The Avenues Mall and Sheraton Kuwait Four Points’ hotel. Total value of $350 million. Role involved implementation of work drawings, risk management, HSE procedures, cost and time control.
