It was integrated with data warehouse features to enhance the planning capabilities of decision makers. It was presented to the National Disaster Relief Commission at Prime Minister secretariat Islamabad, Pakistan in January 2006. The project was developed using a RAD approach. For the prototype of OLTP, IronSpeed was used. On the back-end, the database was designed using SQL server. For data warehousing a third party OLAP tool was integrated.
