Responsible for project controls operations across ME region, leading a team of 14 Senior Project Controls covering all aspects of Projects Scheduling, Progress Reporting, Risk analysis and Cost Control.
I had joined Amplex-Emirates on October 2009, supervising group of planning and cost engineers handling Planning & Cost Control activities for Company Projects.
The company has several active project was a total value around AED 8.00 Billions.
With focus in providing technology solutions to electrical grid (Automated meter reading system, Street light control system and UPS systems)
Also the company is providing other infrastructure technology solutions for monitoring & control of water and sewerage networks.
