Being a legal Consultant I handle cases specializing in the areas of Real Estate, Labor, laws in Civil Transactions and Civil Procedures, and all matters related to Company law. I posses a thorough knowledge of the laws and regulations regarding Company registrations in Free Zones and others, preparation of Articles of Association and review Franchise Agreements. My responsibilities include –  Provide advice and assistance on every type of transaction relating to real estate, labor, Companies etc.  Drafting all kinds of agreements covering all business activities.  Providing assistance and advice on all contractual issues.  Appearing before Arbitration Tribunals and Rent committee.  Preparing Lease agreements, Power of attorneys, business contacts.  Providing Advice and assistance to obtain t external approvals from the Government Authorities and to attest documents.
