in a big paced construction, giving full administrative & secretarial support to the CFO. Involved in staff training, recruitment, benefits, management of data and Health & Safety issues.
Arranging hotels bookings for the CFO visitors and also their transportation during their missions.
•Organising all external / internal meetings for the CFO.
•Liaising with other depts., clients, sites offices etc.
•Responsible for answering & screening calls for the CFO.
•Making appointments and arranging travel & accommodation.
•Maintaining and enhancing the working environment of the dept.
• Manage the CFO's calendar by identifying key issues and prioritizing the scheduling accordingly including liaising with attendees, creating files and documents, minute taking and agenda preparation.
• Prepares travel arrangements, and organizing events.
• Managing administrative duties such as: scanning and copying documents, ordering supplies, answering phone calls, sorting mail, maintains and update filing system.
• Ensuring that topics of importance are brought to the CFO's attention in an organized and efficient manner.
• Handle high-level communications for the CFO.
• Perform a wide variety of complex, responsible and confidential functions with discretion.
• Liaises with Projects and corporate departments on behalf of the CFO.
• Processes expense sheets, reconciles credit card statements and cash receipts.
• Assists in the preparation and distribution of financial reports packages.
Supporting the Finance & Admin. Manager and organizing all his meetings and travels.
•Coordinating with all depts.
•Responsible for scheduling meetings, arranging appointments, hotel bookings and car rental, etc.
•Managing the vacation plan of the Management team.

•Monitoring all the Area Manager calls and organizing his meetings and agenda.

•Preparing Timesheets and LPO’s for the tickets for the Area Manager travel and for the staff in our dept.
•Coordinating with all other depts.
•Making all the travel arrangements for the Area Manager missions.
•Arranging all the hotels bookings for the Area Manager & his visitors.
