Take full responsibility for the leadership and management of all SAP functional and technical work streams ensuring that all personnel understand their roles and requirements to ensure successful program roll out.
• Responsible for all project planning and control as well as progress reporting to the Head of IT Development and key business stakeholders.
• Oversee and drive change management and be a custodian of continuous improvement regarding programmed and project delivery.
• To identify and have a good working relationship with all stakeholders and business users involved within the various related SAP focused projects.
• To work closely with the departments Project Managers, supporting with tasks as required and ensuring successful delivery.
• To oversee the activities of other colleagues in the different aspects of the project.
• To support and coach team members through project processes.

• Making the integrated test scenarios of the business cycle
Responsible of implement the procedure of Manufacturing and planning using Fourth Shift System and test the various scenario and responsible of training the end user to working through the system, and has the capability to make the system keeping running
• Responsible of implement the procedure of Manufacturing and planning
• Make analysis for the Operation performance of all the modules of Fourth Shift system
• Have the capability to handle the Purchasing items with the production material and the inventory stock
• Aware of the needs of the management reports, how to help them fast with the new system
• Responsible for Logistics department (Inventory, purchasing, Planning, production control, )
• Make the needs revision about the business cycle to be sure all the business process working correctly with the new system
• Member of the quality team that implemented ISO 9000·-Requirement Analysis
• Preparation of quality plans as per ISO/CMM requirements
• Make training for the management, key users and end users which make fast and good enough to keep the work running
