 Making sure the readiness of all equipment used in the production,
transport vehicles, pumps, loaders, auxiliary equipment for production,
generators, Chillers for cooling water, plants for the production of ice plant

 Follow-up and provide Supplying of raw materials for production to
achieve enough stock in accordance with the plans and following suppliers
dues with financial management.
 Field visits sites periodically to achieve cohesion with customers and
stand on its efficient implementation of equipment and personnel and stand
on its problems on reality in case of its presence and take mutatis actions
to avoid any future problems and take mutatis measures to achieve
efficiency and excellence in services provided to customers .
 Periodic follow-up of the factory workers and assess their efficiency and
take mutatis procedures and decisions to raise the efficiency of all factory
workers and Follow up details of their work to overcome any obstacles in
production.
 Coordination and communication with customers, and work to resolve
any problems at the earliest.
3- Quality Management
 Study projects technically and design of concrete mixes.
 Testing of concrete materials in accordance with the rates and the
foundations of international standards.
 Follow-up of production and the quality of the hardened concrete tests.
 Establishing sites laboratories to test the fresh and hardened concrete
4- Personnel management and personnel :
 Lay the foundations for the selection of personnel.
 Identification numbers necessary for workers in different locations to
operating requirements.
 Monitor the working hours of workers and overtime for production
