• Primary point of contact for maintaining SAP HR & finance Data updates & reporting
• maintaining payroll & sap data & compensation internal controls processing & revising

Human Resources Administrator:
• Responsible in assuring an HR employee system is effective & running.
• Responsible of Daily Reports & review.
• Responsible for Payroll Audit Report for every 3 months & Coordinating with an outsourcing audit agent while the report is received and delivered.
• familiar with all employment laws in the region
Prequalification Office:
• Responsible for registration of all Principals (Supplies & Services) companies having an Agency Agreement / Letter of Appointment with Al Masaood O.I.S.S. in ADNOC group of companies & Oil field Dep.
• Responsible for Updating ADNOC group of companies & Oil field dep. with the latest Agency Agreements, Trade License & Records of Al Masaood OISS & Principals Registered with them, including financial information & their Employees details.
• Responsible of Registering Al Masaood OISS in all Major Oil Field Companies & ADNOC Group of Companies adding their details by duly filling all required forms & adding all necessary attachments required for the Registration process to succeed.
• Responsible of keeping an Updated Weekly report for the Registration & Prequalification Status of Al Masaood OISS & Principals wishing to Register & Prequalify under it.
• Responsible of coordinating with Oil Field Co.'s for Auditing out Principals premises, warehouses, etc... and assuring them to pass the process.
