Running AlAhliOnline business unit which includes:
- Managing Business Development projects
- Running marketing campaigns
- Running customer weariness campaigns
- Supporting the customer care center
- Testing all IT developed changes on the site
- Managed the release process for several fixes and enhancements from IT development to Production going through the Quality Assurance for the Branch Systems.
- Co-Managed the reengineering and redesigning of the IPO offerings in the bank. The redesigning included the main backend system, the Middleware level services, all the frontend systems including (Branch, ATM, IVR, Online and SMS) and all the operational jobs related to IPO. The new design cut more than 75% of the manual tasks and operations that were taking place before.
- Designed and managed the IT side of the Credit Card
Application Automation project which will reduce the application filling time in the branches to less than 20% and will ensure 100% accurate customer information exchange between the bank customer profile and the Credit Card host managed outside the bank.
- Managed the development process of the IPO in all related systems in the bank. Each system was made sure to go by the new design and tested before releasing to production.
- Managed the development of the KYC Notification module which allowed the KYC personals to send a set of SMS messages to the customers and also set a flag to other Branch Systems to alert the bank employee in case the customer he/she is serving needs to update his information according to the KYC requirements.
- Managed the release process for fixes and enhancements from IT development to Production going through the Quality Assurance for AlAhliOnline.
- Managed the reengineering and rewriting code of SAWA model on AlAhliOnline to enhance the model for higher performance capabilities and higher utilization of the database engine power of MS SQL Server. This was second quarter of 2007.
- Managed the release process for fixes and enhancements from IT development to Production going through the Quality Assurance for AlAhliOnline.
- Managed the reengineering and rewriting code of SADAD model on AlAhliOnline to comply with SADAD company phase 2 requirement and to enhance the model for higher performance capabilities. This was second quarter of 2007.
- Managed the upgrade of the operating system running AlAhliOnline application and web servers to Windows 2003. This was during forth quarter 2006 and first quarter 2007.
- Managed the development of IPO Selling model on AlAhliOnline. This was third quarter of 2006.
- Managed the development of Opening New Investment Fund Accounts and New Funds fully from the backend system, Middleware and AlAhliOnline. This was second quarter of 2006.
- Managed the reengineering of the IPO Subscription model on AlAhliOnline to enable multiple offering. That was first quarter of 2006.
- Managed the development of the SAWA recharging model on AlAhliOnliine service. That was first quarter of 2006.
- Managed the enhancement to reduce number of messages sent by AlAhliOnline system to the backend by redesigning number of models and cut off unnecessary or duplicated messages’ calls. That was forth quarter of 2005.
- Managed the development to switch Transfer’s Fee Calculation from being done locally on AlAhliOnline system to be done by inquiry from the backend system. This was third quarter of 2005.
- Managed several additions and modifications to the Transfer Model and Investment Fund Model on AlAhliOnline service. This was 2005.
- Managed the development of SADAD Model on AlAhliOnline service. This was second quarter of 2005.
- Managed the development of the IPO Subscription Model on AlAhliOnline service. This was early 2005.
- Managed several additions and modifications to the Transfer Model and Investment Fund Model on AlAhliOnline service. This was during 2004 and 2005.
- Managed the release process for fixes and enhancements from IT development to Production going through the Quality Assurance for both AlAhliOnline and AlAhlieCorp services. This was for 2004 and 2005.
- Supporting and participating in fixes of the day by day customer issues and problems for both AlAhliOnline and AlAhlieCorp services.
- Participated in NCB IT team to develop and implement the new application running AlAhliOnline and AlAhlieCorp with INFOSYS as selected vendor. Heavily worked as a coordinator between INFOSYS developers and the internal Middleware development team. I also heavily worked in the Arabization of AlAhliOnline screens. This took place in almost all of 2003 and the first quarter of 2004.
- Participated in the IT evaluation team to compare offers from multiple international companies. The offers are about replacing the application running the retail online service (AlAhliOnline) and building the corporate online service (AlAhlieCorp). This started late 2002 and end in the first quarter 2003.
- Analyzing and designing Loan Pre-Approval services through internet and preparing to implement in AlahliOnlin.com
- Analyzing and designing Investment services in Mobile Banking.
- Participated in analyzing, designing and lunching the Investments services through internet in AlahliOnline.com early 2002.
- Participated in launching the Mobile Banking services late in 2001 with checking the Arabisation of the system pages.
- Upgrading the hardware infrastructure of EBS project including planning the upgrade process to make sure that the system is up and running. successfully.
-Troubleshooting “NCB Direct” application which is an application allow the bank customer to inquire on their accounts and to make some transactions also.
- Member of the team received the hardware servers dedicated to the project “NCB Direct” and install it and install all the required application with the security requirements and connecting the hardware to the network and lunching the application on it.
- Installing the application to a part of the customers and train them on using the available functionalities and reporting their comments to the Bank business guys.
Graduated with the third honor degree of a 3.2 out of 4 scale
