 Establishing the retail product distribution net work on all targeted markets, UAE & GCC (Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, & Oman)
 Manage the UAE sales operation including modern trade distributor, the low trade sales team, VIP customers, company showrooms, customer relations, & related financial performance in order to achieve sales targets, maximize customer satisfaction and generate optimum levels of revenue.
 Contribute to the development and formulation of the direct/indirect sales strategy and short/long term key ensuring alignment to company vision, mission, and the overall sales strategy.
 Responsible about negotiating & appointing new distributors in the region.
 Prepare for launching the company brands / products, and control the in- market implementation.
 Manage the distributors volume, achievements, marketing spending, distribution, & payments.
 Develop and implement a regional marketing and distribution plan which meets the company objectives by delivering volume targets and is in line with brand and channel strategy.
 Direct the effective forecasting of resources and the material planning process to ensure timely availability of resources, system and procedures for effective execution of sales plans.
 Working closely with marketing team in managing and implementing BTL activities & new products introductions.
 Preparing the retail product business plan of the company.
 Regular travelling plan to check the market and control the distributors performance.
 Responsible about the local market direct sales force (30 salesmen + 3 supervisors).
 Managing the company existing retail showroom (4 outlets in UAE with 20 sales reps + one showroom manager). Identify, evaluate, and screen the emerging business development opportunities and best locations to launch company showrooms in line with company strategic objectives and present recommendations to top management.
