- Responsible for the factory improvement and saving projects.

- Monitor and control the department's expenditures versus the approved
budget and bear down budget variances to ensure on-target performance versus budgets.
- Support asset Reliability Systems.
- Ensure that standards are achieved in the areas of quality, cost, delivery, safety, and moral.
- Promote an open, flexible work environment while complying with company procedures.
- Supervise the technical purchase of machines and equipment either
from the local market or imported.
- Review reports on spare parts stock to identify strategic and required spare parts
- Participates in the selection of staff management and supervision and
follow-up performance and ensure the availability of the necessary numbers of workers.
- Implement HR policies for performance assessment and employee productivity measurement.
- Review the budget of the administration and abide by it.
- Participate in the overall objectives of management.
- Supervising the staff, following up their work and evaluating their performance.
- Ensure GMP-Food Safety personnel follow up, in order to obtain a safe product that covers all health
requirements
- Direct, instruct and supervise the maintenance team.
- Control the spare-parts dispatch and consumption rates.
- Member of Lean executive team (kaizen team) - Saving projects.
- Dealing with emergency and unplanned problems and repairs.
- Supervise the implementation of planned maintenance activities and procedures.
- Suggest machinery modifications ideas if needed and implement if approved
- Electrical troubleshooting for manufacturing machines.
- Elect. troubleshooting for weighting &packaging machines.
- Electrical maintenance for factory utilities.
- Design for low voltage, control, instrumentation and fire alarm cables.
- Technical evaluation of all incoming new tenders.
- Development the technical data sheet (TDS) for new products.
- Materials approval.
- Calculating of the bill of materials (BOM) for the new products.
- Developing catalogues, technical descriptions and brochures for new products.
