I am professional athlete, who competed at high level in marathon running. I was USA Women's Marathon running champion in 2009. I was Olympic Trials Qualifier in marathon running. I am course record holder for Nashville Marathon. I have done personal runningfitnesd coaching to numerous clients, guiding them to personal best performances in road running athletic events. I was personally trained by Dr. Jack Daniels, who is one of world's finest running coaches, and foremost authority on running and physiology, and coach to Alberto Salazar, Joan Benoit Samuelson, Keith Brantly, and many other Olympic long distance runners. I was personally coaches by him for 3 years. I trained also under world-renowned physiotherapist, Jim Wharton, and I have extensive experience in personally practicing effective strength/conditioning athletic programs.
I have some university education, but not degree. I was a professional athlete, and was USA Women's Marathon running champion, and I qualified for Olympic Trials. I have experience in training/coaching athletes, and as a personal trainer, especially in running/general fitness.
