As a Lecturer; I have more than just Teaching students in the undergraduate level according to curriculum/ syllabus: Also my duties include tasks such as:
1. Subject Coordinator for Euthenics 1& 2; Global Business Planning & Analysis; International Marketing Management; International Entrepreneurship;etc
2. Asst. Coordinator for Community Engagement
Encoding of marks every major exams (Prelim, Midterm & Final)
3. Preparation of portfolio according to departmental requirements
4. Help student with registration as part of consultation and advising
5. Preparation and submission of research every end of the school year
6. Attending seminars and conferences locally and abroad
7. Member of International Organization- Institute of Islamic Banking & Insurance-Membership No. IM10864, 7 Hampstead, London, UK
8. Engage in teaching at all levels using relevant teaching methods, e.g. lectures, seminars,
tutorials, working as part of the teaching team. 9. Teaching on certain undergraduate
programmes takes place inside normal University terms.
1o. Maintain a broad knowledge of up to date research and scholarship in relevant fields to
ensure that teaching meets the standard expected within a research-led University.
11. Support and comply with the University and departmental teaching quality assurance
standards and procedures including the provision of such information as may be required
by the University.
12. Develop and apply appropriate teaching techniques and materials, which may be novel
or innovative, which create interest, understanding and enthusiasm among students.This will include contribution to regular reflection on the enhancement of departmental
curricula.
I finished my MBA major in Marketing and a lecturer for more than 5 years in the same university and at the moment taking part time duty in a hospitality institution.
