Collaborates with Entertainment Theming, Operations, Production, Tactical Events and Theatrical Services teams to achieve project goals and objectives including the Consumer Events rehearsal, install, and strike plans. Monitor the registration against in-house guests; Maintains smooth operation of the front desk Ensure all duties are completed in a timely and organized manner. (i.e. VIP list, arrivals, blocking rooms, in-house bucket); communicates information to the associated departments Resolve guest and associate complaints and issues
-Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
-Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
-Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
-Be in charge of hiring personnel

•Responsible for selling off-site events and locations •Handle all meetings and catering inquiries according to standard procedures
•Act as a one-stop shop for clients for detailed event planning and work closely with banquet operations, food & beverage management, rooms division operation, finance and external suppliers
•Satisfy the need of the clients whilst optimizing hotel revenue through strategic yield management and up selling of hotel facilities and services
