As a receptionist at HR consultants, my duty was to greet and welcome visitors, answering any question or concern they would have while taking into consideration customer satisfaction and convenience. On the telephone my task was to answer and guide the customers taking care of their inquiries and providing with related information. In addition I took care of customer emails related to visits and inquiries.
