- Report the factory demands of raw materials.
- Control the raw materials in stock to insure the sufficiency for particular period of time
and arrange with the international purchasing department for back up.
- Inspect the received raw materials, insure that that its quality and quantity
corresponds with the specifications stipulated in the Bill of Lading/Air Way Bill
- To control the product in stock either raw materials of finished products and insure its
distribution to the factory and clients.
- Conduct stock inventory on monthly basis
- Arranging the transfer (transport) of raw materials and finished articles
