Responsibilities:
• Coordinating the submittal of job requests to direct works or subcontracted works.
• Assisting the Construction Manager in preparing planning schedules for the site work (Manpower, Machinery Materials & Equipment resources) timely to complete the project based on the agreed schedule.
• Supervising the work of subordinates
• Implementing the work schedule and updating it on day-to-day basis.

Position: Undergraduate Jr. Civil Inspector - concreting & building finishing
Responsibilities:
Inspecting the completed works of the contractors on site as per specifications and drawings and handing over
Keep, Log, monitor and follow up as necessary and maintain complete record(s) concerning the execution of the works.
Conducting regular site visits and inspections of civil works (reinforcement, formwork, scaffolding works,
concrete pouring), sampling and testing of materials to assure that compliance with the contract specification (slump test, compressive strength…)
Issue pre-inspection reports and feeding back to contractors for actioning any changes as per the specification
