Prepare monthly reconciliation of actual to the budget results, research and explain variances.
Prepare monthly financial statements for internal reporting (i.e. Balance Sheet, income statement and various detail ledger accounts) and external reporting as well.
Complete all aspects of month-end and year-end closing and preparation of adjusting entries.
Assist in preparation of schedule for Auditors
Review and approve Accounts Payable invoices.
