DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and assist with contractor prior to local authority inspection requirements (i.e. DEWA (HV/LV Inspection), Civil Defense Authority, TECOM, DM, DU Telecom Inspection)
- Implementation of quality plan which include inspection, testing, documentation and ensure the compliance with approved shop drawing, code and standards, technical specification, local government regulation, manufacturer recommendations and client requirements.
- Prepare Project MV & LV schedule load calculation and single line diagram, maximum starting current calculation and required documentation for DEWA-Design NOC application.
- Review Contractor/ Sub-Contractor’s Submittals (Design Drawings, Shop Drawings, Material Submittal, Inspection &Testing Plan, Method Statement) for comments and approval.
- Review Contractor/ Sub-Contractor’s As-built Dwg., Operation and Manual Submittal, Site Theory/Training Program, Commissioning Report prior for TOC document approvals.
- Attend FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) visit for MVSG, LVSG, PLC/SCADA panel & equipment as representative for Consultants side prior for acceptance/dispatch of panel & equipments.
- Attend Work Inspection Request, Material Inspection Request, Testing and Commissioning Inspection Request issued by contractor/sub-contractor for comments and approval.
- Testing and Commissioning Inspection of MV cables/equipments (11kV Switchgear, 11kV/0.4kV Power Transformer, 11kV Soft Starter-CHILLER)
- Testing and Commissioning Inspection of LV cables/equipments (LV Switchgear, MCC, MDB, Softstarter, VFD (Condenser Pump-630kW, Secondary Pump-500kW, Primary Pump-315kW, Cooling Tower-160kW), SMDB, FDB, UPS, ATS, Generator, Capacitor Bank, Harmonic Filter)
- Testing and Commissioning Inspection of Fire Alarm & Fire Detection System (FM200/CO2) based from Fire Cause and Effect Matrix and Central Battery (Emergency/Exit).
- Testing and Commissioning Inspection of ELV System (Access Control System, CCTV, Structured Cabling, Intercom)
- Testing and Commissioning Inspection of Instrumentation/Control System (PLC/SCADA, BMS, Integrated Test, I/O data points checklist, Field Instrument Checklist)
