• Maintain Regular communication with Senior Management on Stages and Status Progression of Projects and on all other Assigned Tasks.
• Manage changes to project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification tools and techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage Audit requirements by providing detailed business response on Audit observations.
• Collaborate with QA Dept to provide Evident Response/Trail against their Inquiries.
• Manage Positive relationship with Vendors and all stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities comply with policies & procedures of the Organization.
• Achieves 99.8% Business Functional Continuation by Incident, Change, Service, Delivery & Support
Management on SLA of 4Hrs CTR with team on 24x7 standby.
• Ensures Business Expansion and Automaton Needs are fulfilled by Managing Implementation of IT Tactical & Strategic Plans.
• Provides Optimum IT Support and Services to Users by Managing Existing Resources Technologies.
• Ensures Compliance to Corporate IT Standards, Policies And Procedures.
• Achieves Improvement in User Productivity by Process Re-Engineering, Automation & Customization.
• Manages IT Personnel Resources and Organization’s IT Assets.
• Introduce New Technologies to Business by Extensive R&D to Ensure Right Technology at
Right Time is available to Support Business Growth.
• Recommends IT Budget to Business Owners and Manages expenses accordingly.
