A team of 41 customer support representatives plus technicians and 07 exchanges were in my charge.
During my 03 years stay as Assistant Engineer External Operations, with existing resources I was maintained all underground cable faults and reduced customer complaints from 26% to only 03% percent.
As Assistant Engineer internal switching I was Maintained all fault of switching systems and standby power backup D.G sets, rectifiers and batteries with zero percent breakdown and cleared all pending deficiencies.
46 telephone exchanges and a team of 14 telecomm technicians were in my charge and responsibilities were to maintain the telecomm switching, standby and backup power supply system like D.G sets, rectifiers and batteries.
07 telephone exchanges were in my charge.
04 technicians and 13 CSRs were in my team and responsibilities were to boost up sales and line fault rectification
My duties were management of CSR staff uty roster and to analyze telecomm traffic and grass rout suggestions for betterment of service during peak time along with customer directory updation.
300 customer support representatives were in my charge

it was a 6 month course designed for supervision of telecom networks in which studied about 1- Telecom access network like Cooper, optical fiber and wireless 2- Telecom power plant like D.G sets up to 1-MW, inverters , batteries, UPS, rectifiers and transformers. 3- Telecom transmission and signaling systems. 4- Switching and integrated systems. Switching and subscriber administration at RLU,MSU and at IN, MSC and NGN 5- Safety control systems
