QA Responsibilities:
1.Controlling and distribution of quality management procedures.
2.Prepare / Review Quality plan, Related QA/QC procedures. Inspection and Test Plans for Tender submissions and Projects.
3. Assisting with Quality manager to internal audit.
4.Controlling final contract documents, Drawings and Specifications.
5.Review contractor Quality Plan and Quality Manuals to conform to ISO specifications.
6.Reviewing contractor PQAP, WPS, WPQ, ITP, MTS and welder qualification continuity records.
7.Conducting audit for contractor Quality management system.
8.Preparing Weekly / Monthly quality reports.
9.Implementation of Clint / consultant requirement.
10. Follow up of all Non-conformance reports (NCR’S) to ensure closure.
11. Monitoring the Calibration of Inspection and Measuring Equipment.

QC Responsibilities:

 To ensure the all works are Inspected and Tested in accordance with Specific Requirements.
 preparing MRIR and monitoring the proper storage as per requirement.
 Carrying out stage wise MEP Inspection (First fix, Second fix & Final fix).
 Witnessing the hydro test, Gravity Test, Smoke Test for MEP works and flushing activities.
 Preparing & Reviewing Test packages on system wise.
 Closing of NCN & JSI Clint / consultant requirements.
 Witnessing Welder qualification and destructive tests.
 Conducting stage wise inspection like before welding, during welding, after welding on shop as well as field as per approved ITP.
 Ensuring the welding is carried out as per the approved WPS.
 Preparing weld history sheets for the piping job.
 Preparing welder register and analyzing welder performance.
 Performed UT, MT, PT & VT inspections on various construction projects.
 Coordinating with NDT contractor for carrying out NDT tests.
 Reviewing the piping job for issuing mechanical clearance.
 Witnessing and certifying Hydro testing of piping.
 Ensure the latest Drawings and ITP in Work Area.
 Prepare the Preventive / Corrective action.
