• E.H.R. Audit conducted in Erlangen, Germany (Client Visit).

• setting up mechanisms for evaluating the effectiveness of the quality system,

• Done the requirements gathering and design of the System Software that is under development (Attendance Monitoring System linked to SAP) in TVS Clayton Division.
• Done the design phase of the Tamilnadu Aids Intervention (Bill & Melinda Gates foundation) software package.
• Done the Testing Phase and the Documentation part for the APAC (US AID) software Package that is implemented in various NGO’s in Tamilnadu.
