Job Description
• Test Retail products ( EPOS, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Corporate HR products, Inventory Systems) User acceptance testing, System End to end testing, Requirement Analysis, Test case designing, Test suite management, Test coordination ( External Vendors), Test Execution, Test Reporting’s, Post testing Defect Analysis, Root cause analysis and Integration Testing.
• Reporting and Analysis of the Alshaya systems performance with report automation Tools and Services.
• Performed data analysis and determined data quality, relevancy, and accuracy.
• Linux Server Configuration, Setup and Maintenence
• Actively lead process improvement efforts as identified by IT and business leadership.
• Identified areas and potential projects where process redesign and improvement made a significant impact.
• Participate in business and data modeling.
• Maintain Alshaya Retail Enterprise System build on JAVA, J2EE, MySQL and Oracle DB.
• Develop tools and utilities which helps in evaluating live system performance.
• Diagnose and trouble shoot software application problems and facilitate solutions to increase company efficiency.
• Proposed technical feasibility solutions for new functional designs and suggested options for performance improvement of technical objects. Recommended architectural improvements, design solutions and integration solutions.
• Create System level Documentation of the Software and Services. Develop work-flow charts and diagrams to facilitate system understanding to business users.
• Seek and use feedback to improve systems at all times Ensure all projects comply with company policies and procedures Manage, motivate and develop a team.
• Enforce organization information security standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Facilitate and Conduct User acceptance testing with the stakeholders
• Implement company policies, technical procedures and standards for preserving the integrity and security of data, reports and access.
• Conduct demos and knowledge sharing session for Business/Operational Teams.
• Advocate for end-users to perform testing and problem analysis for the solutions developed.
