Check actual implementation of the project as prescribed in plans and specification under the discipline of structural, architectural, sanitary, mechanical, fire protection and electrical. Prepare periodic report to the owner regarding project updates and accomplishments. Conduct weekly jobsite coordination meeting with the General Contractor and Trade Contractors for all required interfacing works. Prepare reports/endorsement to the owner on issues of project requirements such as preparation of purchase orders of the needed work packages. Prepare communication letters to the General Contractor and Trade Contractors. Coordinate with Local regulatory body regarding stated construction rules and regulation in the area when violation occurs. Coordinate with the Local Utilities provider such as; power supply energization, Telephone line connection, tapping of sewer and drainage line from the building, water supply connection. Evaluate contractors progress billings. Prepare cost and estimate for the required work packages. Initiate bid processes for the unawarded work packages. Check building layouts. Conduct site inspections.
