Maintained and future proofed instrumentation and automation systems for nearly 4000 MW power generation control systems across 7 different sites. Responsible for group-wide training protocol setup for all electrical engineering staff on programming, theoretical engineering standards, and hands-on training of equipment. This includes distributing and teaching technical details amongst all senior and junior engineers and personnel. Preparation of courses, standardization of testing, and lab planning for all relevant staff with multi-lingual options. Conducted surveys and created personal development plans for each staff member and their unique skills, wants, and needs. Worked primarily on Siemens T3000 maintenance, troubleshooting, service calls, and corrective actions. SCC5-2000E, SGT5-2000E and SST5-4000 turbines.
